Please do not copy and paste graphic to your website!!  Pasting the award graphic to your site is considered Bandwidth theft and will cause your listing to be removed from our winners list without notice!  If you cut and paste the award graphics to your web, it will also prompt your visitors for a "Password".   (This means that the graphic was not properly saved). Any Award  graphic used must be saved on your local hard drive before uploading to your web.  You may then link the graphic back to our site at: www.worldwidewebawards.net or link it back to the page in which your website is listed on our winners list.

Copyrights - All logos, trademarks, banner ads and external links on this site are property of their respective owner. No images or content from this site may be used, copied or reproduced without written permission, from the WWW Awards. (Exception - free graphics on this site).  Link ware Web sets, must display a link back to the WWW Awards and have written permission before using our Web Sets.  You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our, free graphics, web templates or award graphics, modified or unmodified.  *Illegal copying or use of The WWW Awards, content or graphics  will result in a lawsuit*

All World Wide Web Award, trophies, plaques, certificates, logo and award seal, are copyrighted and protect, under US copyright laws.  Only award winners may put our awards on their awarding winning site.  Awards may not be resized or edited in any way, shape or form without written consent from The World Wide Web Awards.

Privacy Statement - The WWW Awards collects information from applicants for award listing purposes only.  The World Wide Web Awards will not divulge any personal information (E-mail addresses, age, gender, address, phone numbers etc.,) about any applicant, not associated or affiliated with The World Wide Web Awards.  The only information to be released will be award winners winning URL (address) with their website name, screenshot and link to your winning URL, that will be listed on our award winners pages or featured sites page.  Applicants, agree to this, when submitting their site on our "Submit Site" Page, by checking the appropriate box, allowing WWW Award Site to display the award winning link on our winners pages.

Notifications - Should your URL/Domain win one of our awards, we will notify you in email with your winning award and user name and password to pickup your award on our secret web, along with the URL on our site that we have your link listed.  We will also notify you if your URL has been chosen to be viewed on our "featured site" page.

Legal Issues / Disclaimer - In no event will The World Wide Web Awards be liable to any award winners, applicants or any third party, for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising from operation or inability to operate the WWW Awards Program, web site,  downloads of templates, products or external links and affiliate sites.  Even if the World Wide Web awards has been advised to the possibility or such damages.  Visitors, applicants, award winners and third parties, agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Donna Snyder, The World Wide Web Awards and it's agents, from any damages claimed as a result of information, resources, products or services, or third party links obtained from The WWW Web Site.

Our website grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by independent contact providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.
 

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.

Our Shopping Cart Security Policy

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

We use gnetworks (bettercart.com / shopping cart) for protection. With this system, customers' payment information is encrypted and then saved to a database. We can download this information only by using an SSL enabled browser from within the Administration area. It is never stored on the website in an unencrypted form, nor sent via email.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for international orders!  Due to the shipping cost and customs opening packages.  There are no refunds for orders taken within the USA, only exchanges if your item damaged or if there was an error in the engraving, that was our mistake.
