and all Awards Programs held
at the World Wide Web
Awards website, do
hereby declare (on behalf of
myself and any other
Evaluator/s , agree to abide
by and promote, The
Webmasters Code Of Ethics.
We agree
that any critiques giving,
will be constructive and
positive and will refrain
from any criticisms unless
applicants notify us in
writing, asking for
comments, suggestions or
tips, for improving their
sites. Any and all response
from the WWW Awards giving
to applicants asking for
advice will be of a positive
nature. Our goal is to
provide Webmasters and
Designers with the finest
resources, tools, tutorials,
tips and advice for building
quality web sites.
We agree
to fairly evaluate all
sites/pages meeting our
Criteria and we agree to
post and promote any
applicants who have won our
award, by placing a link and
description on our winners
list.
We agree
not to discriminate on
grounds of race, gender,
religion, handicaps, age,
countries, or any other
reason, which has nothing to
do with submitting an
application to the WWW
Awards.
We agree
to set forth an Awards
Criteria and to adhere to
same.
We agree
to evaluate web sites under
the Criteria which was in
place at the time
application was submitted.
Should our criteria, change
or become revised, any
applicants who has
previously, submitted an
application, will be
evaluated under the "old"
criteria, guidelines, if
they have won a previous
award from us.
We agree
to evaluate all submitted
sites within four (2-4)
weeks of receipt of
applicants submission. If
this deadline cannot be met,
we agree to notify the
applicant and provide them
with a time frame, in which
we will complete their
evaluation.
We agree
not to divulge any personal
information about our
applicants, other then a
listing of their URL on our
site and any advertisement
that is submitted to us. All
email, forms, feedback,
etc., is completely
confidential.
We agree
to assist any person
requesting advice concerning
ways of improving their
sites.
It is a
requirement that any Awards
granted from this web site
must be linked back to our
web site in a method that
will be outlined in Award
notification e-mails.
We agree
that we will not grant
Awards to, or in any other
manner endorse or promote,
any web site that endorses,
promotes or contains content
which is considered globally
to be illegal or
discriminatory.
In order
to comply with
C.O.P.P.A.
you must be at least 18
years of age to nominate a
Website title.
We agree
that we will take all
measures necessary to
maintain the honor and
integrity of our Awards
Programs.
