Businesswoman named Webmaster of Year

Trinity Prescott won 2003 Webmaster of the Year at the World Wide Web Awards. She took top honors based on her work as administrator/senior webmaster of Surflocal.Net and for the Web site of the Rotary Club of Amarillo.

Prescott and her husband, David Prescott, own Surflocal.Net, a presentation platform that has a self-serve presentation creator.

The awards are given by the World Wide Web Association, headquartered in Phoenix, Ariz. www.worldwidewebawards.net

Prescott is a member of Rotary Club of Amarillo.

Trinity Prescott of Surflocal.net and the Rotary Club of Amarillo won the prestigious international award "Webmaster of the Year", on November 30, 2003 from The World Wide Web Awards . Out of 1300 selections, 5 were chosen as "finalists". Trinity was heard saying, "It was such an honor to be in the top 5. I looked at my competition and thought I would most likely get third." Trinity was awarded for her work on the Rotary Club of Amarillo at www.surflocal.net/rotary as well as Surflocal.Net, www.surflocal.net. Trinity and her husband, David, operate a local internet business that serves as an area wide presentation platform featuring a self-serve presentation creator.
